You may also place your order any time via the Internet or fax at (814-664-5542). Mail orders should sent to the address specified in our catalog.

Orders Outside the Continental US. Orders can be made if we can reach you through US Postal Service or UPS and payment is made in US dollars via bank check or money order. Special shipping charges may apply so be sure to call first.

Express Shipping. If you require an expedited delivery, please call our customer service number at (814) 664-5542. Available only in the contiguous 48 states.

Substitutions and Back Orders. Due to fluctuating delivery dates on materials, some items may not be available for immediate shipping. if we cannot ship within 30 days, we will notify you. if you choose not to wait, we will either issue a credit or a refund.

Customer Service. We're available to assist you 8am - 9pm Monday through Friday EST and 9am - 5pm EST weekends. If you need assistance outside of these hours, please call and leave a message.

Returns & Exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us and refunds can be made up to 30 days after shipping for items in new, unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is damaged, please keep the original packaging and notify us as soon as possible. For returns, please follow the instructions on your packing slip or call our Customer Service department during regular hours at (814) 664-5542.

Saddle Returns. You must call us at (814)664-5542 before returning a saddle.
